Politique de remboursement

For painting prints {Pictorem}  we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Helpcsstore@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will tell you where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The refund process involves the full value of the print, except the shipping fees, once we receive the canvas back, we will refund within 24-48 working hours on your credit card or PayPal.

For other items (Not prints) such as Art Infinitum apparel or accessories we have a 48 hours return request policy if the product is received with a manufacturing fault/defect. Only defective products will be considered. You MUST first send us detailed pictures  via email at Artinfinitum@yahoo.com and wait for a response agreeing to the return.

If we conclude your product qualifies for a return we will email you to state the eligibility and cover the return shipping if you use standard USPS services. (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICES).

Damages during shipping or missing items in the packages.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (Same day as the item was received/ delivered) if the product is damaged, you MUST email us pictures, it helps us select the shipping companies and keep them accountable. Then you MUST contact the shipping company involved and open a claim with them.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, most our products are handcrafted/Handmade and only made for you after you place your order, it allows no inventory upkeeping therefore a lower sale price, consequently we cannot accept a return for the item.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No other form of refund request will be accepted if item is not returned per above policies.


Exchanges

No exchanges accepted, for sanitary reason.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. You will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier. And if the product is not received we cannot proceed with the refund process.
